The fee grants you priority access to your CPA, direct communication, and a limited client-to-CPA ratio. It does not include individual services like tax return preparation, bookkeeping, or advisory work — those are billed separately.
How many clients will the CPA be working with directly?
They will be limiting their direct relationships to a maximum of 300 clients to ensure high-level service and availability. Once this cap is reached, a waitlist may be established.
Can I still work with the firm if I don’t join the Concierge program?
Yes, our broader team of experienced CPAs and accountants will continue to support all clients. However, direct access to the CPA may be limited to during peak times to Concierge clients only.
